We handle refund requests in accordance with international consumer protection standards and food safety regulations (as applicable to perishable goods).

  • The website provides dynamic refund request forms to help customers quickly provide reasons and evidence (photos).

  • Information collected through these forms is temporarily processed to determine eligibility for a refund (e.g., shipping damage or incorrect item).

  • Some or all of this information will be securely transferred to our accounting department and payment processors to facilitate the refund. Once processed, temporary information on the website is deleted.
